If you have the administrator right Admin - Instance Configuration, Configuration Management becomes available in the Administration menu. When granted in conjunction with other certain administration rights, you will be able to change company-level settings from within your instance of Spend Dynamics (therefore removing the need for it to be done by an implementer).
