Regional settings

If you have the administrator rights Admin - Instance Configuration and Admin - Company Regional Settings, you will be able to change your company's default time zone, date format, numeric format and interface language.

Note: A user can override any one of these company-level settings within their personal settings.

To set the regional settings for your company instance of Spend Dynamics:

1. From the main menu, select Administration > Configuration Management > Company Settings.

   The Configuration Management screen appears.

2. Click Regional Settings.
3. Select a date format (date entry and display) for all users logging into this instance of Spend Dynamics.
   • dd/mm/yyyy (day, month, year) eg. 18/03/2008
   • mm/dd/yyyy (month, day, year) eg. 03/18/2008
   • yyyy/mm/dd (year, month, day) eg. 2008/03/18
4. Select the language the interface will display in for all users logging into this instance of Spend Dynamics.
5. Select the numeric format (displayed and entered numbers) for all users logging into this instance of Spend Dynamics. There are two options: 1,000.00 or 1.000,00.
6. Select the syntax for the way your name displays on your home screen from the Name Format drop-down list. Format options are <last name> <first name> or <first name> <last name>.
7. Select the time zone for all users logging into this instance of Spend Dynamics.
8. Click Save.
