QuickCode - line item

Standard Quick Coding functionality allows users to easily and quickly code one transaction (or a group of transactions) via their Account Statement screen. Quick Coding line item functionality, on the other hand, allows users to code multiple line items within the same transaction via the Coding tab of their Transaction Details window. The QuickCode - Line Item option ensures the Quick Coding panel displays on the Coding tab for all users.

Note: If desired, a user can hide the Quick Coding panel on their Coding tab via their personal settings (Customise Views).

To enable QuickCode functionality for transaction line items:

1. From the main menu, select Administration > Configuration Management > Company Settings.

   The Configuration Management screen appears.

2. Click QuickCode - Line Item.
3. To enable line item Quick Coding for:
   • all issuer account types, select the All check box.
   • corporate cards only, select the Purchasing Card check box.
