Data extract module - issuer access

If your company is using the Data Extract Management module and you have the right User Right - Data Extract, you can enable customized extract templates for selected issuers.

Note: Once this functionality has been enabled for one or more issuers, you must assign a customized data extract template to the relevant issuer/s.

To enable customized data extracts for selected issuers:

1. From the main menu, select Administration > Configuration Management > Company Settings.

   The Configuration Management screen appears.

2. Click Data Extract Module - Issuer Access.
3. Select (and enable) the issuers as appropriate.
4. Click Next Step to go to the Extract Settings screen.

   Note: The Extract Settings screen enables you to assign each issuer a data extract template.
