View desktop notifications

You can view real-time notifications on your desktop when a report is generated and ready for download from the Notifications panel. The panel shows notifications received from the past 15 days.

To view desktop notifications:

1. Click Notifications from the Home page. The Notifications panel is displayed.
2. Locate your notification message and click Download to download the report.

Depending on your configuration, the file will be downloaded or the file location is displayed. If the file cannot be downloaded due to an error, the file is uploaded to the company's Vault or your Personal Vault.
