Notifications centre

You can receive real-time alerts for important notifications, such as the availability of files when reports are generated. These notifications can be customized to suit your preferences, including desktop and email alerts. The notifications centre enables you to manage your notification subscriptions effectively.

Desktop notifications

You are informed directly on your desktop when a report or file you generated is ready for download. These notifications provide a direct link to the file, making it easy to access and download from the Notifications panel.

You can access the notifications by clicking on the right side of the Home page main menu.

This panel displays:

New notifications - Unread notifications.
Recent notifications - Notifications received and viewed within the last 15 days.

Each notification includes:

Subject - The title of the notification.
Timestamp - Indicates when the notification was received.
Message - Provides the file name of the generated report.
Download button - Enables you to directly download the file or navigate to the file location, depending on the your notification settings.

The system automatically removes notifications received more than 15 days ago.

Note: If the exported file can't be downloaded due to an error, a message notifies you to locate the file in the company's Vault or Personal - Vault where it can be downloaded. The location of the file depends on the delivery setup and your notifications setting.

Email notifications

You can receive email notifications when exported files are delivered successfully or fail to deliver to the company Vault or Personal Vault. This keeps you informed about the status of all your reports and files.
