Email Management is the module you use to communicate with employees about Spend Dynamics-related matters. It allows you to notify employees, or groups of employees, of actions or instructions necessary to process transactions, approvals and statements within Spend Dynamics.
Note: As business email management systems become smarter at filtering and managing email junk (spam), there are several validation steps that may prevent Spend Dynamics-generated emails from successfully reaching your users. This may be because of a validation check on the issuing email's sender address. To address this, contact your IT department and ask that emails issued from Spend Dynamics and the address you establish can pass through your company firewall.
