Account listing report

This report displays cardholder account details, including full PAN number. It can be used to support payments, develop remittance instruction files, view necessary account updates, and identify recently issued accounts.

To generate an account listing report:

  1. From the main menu, select Administration > Overview > Account Listing.

    Note: If this report is not visible in your report list, it needs to be linked to the report group you belong to.

    The Account Listing window appears.

  2. Filter by issuer, corporation, hierarchy and period to narrow your search results.
  3. Click Run to initiate the creation of the report, which is sent directly to the vault on completion.
  4. From the main menu, select Administration > File Management > The Vault.
  5. Click the Outbox folder and click the Angled floppy disk Download file icon for the relevant .xlsx file. See Download file from Vault for details.
