View/edit employee card account

If you've been granted certain administration rights, you'll be able to edit credit card details for other employees in the Account Management area of the system. Editable fields are indicated by the Black pencil icon. Without those rights, card details are read-only.

To view/edit a card account:

  1. From the main menu, select Administration > Overview > Account Management.

    The Account Search window appears.

  2. Use the search criteria defined in the Search for account procedure to narrow the search for the account you want.
  3. Click Search.

    The Account Search screen appears.

  4. Click the account issuer's name to access the details of the accounts.

    The Account Search screen will display the accounts that meet your search criteria.

  5. Click White small letter 'i' in blue circle to the right of the account name.

    The View & Maintain Account Details window appears, defaulting to the Details tab.

  6. To change any card details, click Black pencil, enter a new value and click Submit.

    Note: Editing a card's details in the system does not immediately update the physical card account at the card issuer's end. It takes up to three working days for your submitted changes to be approved by the issuer and reflected in Spend Dynamics.

  7. To view the account's delinquency history, click the Delinquency History... link.

    The Days Delinquent - Last 12 Months window opens, revealing how often the cardholder was delinquent in the past year.

    The rolling 12-month history means delinquent months disappear when they fall outside the 12-month period.

    If the account is less than 12 months old, only the available information for the (closed) periods displays.

  8. Click Close.
