View/edit personal card account

If you have the relevant account privileges, you can edit some of the card account details relating to your own card accounts via your Accounts screen.

Regardless of your account privileges, you can view card account details for your accounts or any accounts you have been delegated by other employees.

To view/edit a personal or delegated card account:

  1. To open the Accounts screen, click Accounts from the main menu.
  2. Click My Accounts or Delegated Accounts from the sidebar to display a list of card accounts for that category.

    Note: The sidebar is only available if you have both My Accounts and Delegated Accounts.

  3. Filter the card accounts to display by selecting a card status from the Show drop-down list.
  4. If required, use Find to filter by specific card detail, such as by part of the account number or the account name.
  5. From the list of returned results, click a card account to view the details pane.

    The top section of the details pane displays the custom account label, masked card number, issuer, account type and product type.

    The eStatement indicator is in permanent read-only mode.

  6. Click Edit under any of the following fields to change phone or address details for the account:
  7. To make an address the default statement address, check the Statement address check box.
  8. Click Save.

Note: All changes are recorded for auditing purposes.
