Create company unit
To add a company unit to the company unit hierarchy:
- From the main menu, select Administration > Instance Management > Module - Company Unit.
The Module - Company Unit screen appears.
- Click the Insert Company Unit link.
The Insert Company Unit dialogue box appears.
- Type the name of the new company unit in the first field.
Note: The name cannot contain quotes, double quotes or any other special characters.
- If the new company unit:
- belongs to a parent that has already been created, select the appropriate parent unit from the drop-down list.
- sits at the top of the hierarchy, leave the default option [No Parent].
- Click Save. Your new company unit will appear as part of the company unit hierarchy diagram on the Manage Company Unit Settings screen.
