View statement periods
The Statement Periods screen displays all statement periods recorded in Spend Dynamics for your organization. The screen displays periods by account type, for example, card (from one or more issuers), cash expenses, phone and/or requisitions. If you are an administrator, you can see the last six extracts run for a period. If you are an implementer, you can view all extracts run for that period.
All account types (other than cash)
Account statements within each period are grouped according to status:
- Open Period
- Unread. Number of account statements in the open period that have not been viewed by the employee.
- Read. Number of account statements in the open period that have been viewed but not updated (for example, coded) by the employee.
- Updated. Number of account statements in the open period that have been viewed and updated by the employee.
- Closed Period
- Unread. Number of account statements in the closed period that have not been viewed by the employee.
- Read. Number of account statements in the closed period that have been viewed but not updated by the employee.
- Updated. Number of account statements in the closed period that have been viewed and updated by the employee.
Cash statements
Cash expenses within each period are grouped according to status:
- Open Period
- Active. Number of cash expenses in the open period that have not been sent for approval, or have been sent for approval but have been returned to the employee for more information.
- Pending Approval. Number of cash expenses in the open period that have been sent for approval.
- Pending Extract. Number of cash expenses in the open period that have been approved and are waiting to be extracted.
- Closed Period
- Unextracted. Number of cash expenses in the closed period that are in Active or Pending Approval status.
- Extracted. Number of cash expenses in the open or closed period that have been extracted.
To view a breakdown of the statement period:
- Click
to the right of the period you want to view.The table that displays on the Statement Periods screen lists each account statement in the period, including the employee (if mapped), a transaction count, and transaction and statement totals.
- If required, you can export the data by clicking the Export to Excel link.
