Reverse period status for a period

This function is used when you want to change the status of the statement period. The statements are either in open or closed period and this function lets you change a account statement in a open period to closed or vice versa.

To reverse period status for a period:

1. From the main menu, select Administration > Period Management > Statement Periods.

   The Statement Periods screen appears.

2. Click to the right of the selected period.

   A window will appear confirming that the availability status of all the statements in the selected period has been changed.

   Clicking on the icon again reverses the status and changes it to its original period status.
