The Spend overview screen displays insights that present various data aggregates. These insights provide access to predefined searches for a default date range.

Time period quick filters
There are multiple quick filters for predefined time periods at the top of the Spend overview screen. For example, there are quick filters for the previous 90 days, 60 days, 30 days, 14 days, and 7 days.
When you access the Spend overview screen, the data aggregates presented in the insights are for a default time period. This time period corresponds to the time period quick filter that is selected by default on the screen.
To change the time period of the data aggregates displayed in the insights, select a different time period quick filter.
When you view a search screen via an insight, the date range in the search panel is set to the time period of the quick filter that you selected on the Spend overview screen.
For example, when you select the Last 7 days quick filter on the Spend overview screen, all the insights on the screen display the most recent transaction data for the previous 7 days. If you then select View in the Action required by cardholder insight, the Date range in the search panel on the Approval search screen is automatically set to the previous 7 days.
