Spend search

To view transactions made by the employees within the company:

  1. From the main menu, select Search.

    The Spend Search screen displays. The first row shows the default Employee filter selection and the current statement period.

  6. If required, select Include Payments to include those transaction types in your search results.
  7. To reset all selections to their defaults, select Reset.
  8. To view your search results, select Search.

    Transactions display by employee name, then employee card number.

    For each transaction, you see the supplier name (or transaction description if the supplier name isn't available), the transaction amount, posting date and transaction type.

  9. To view more transaction details, select a transaction to open the Transaction details side panel.
