View cards overview

To view cards overview:

1. Select from the main menu.

   The Overview screen is displayed. The items on the left navigation pane are:

   • Overview is the landing page that provides a snapshot of the company's card program.
   • Cards is where search filters are applied and results displayed for further action.
2. The insights section provides a dashboard, high-level view of the following:
   • Unmapped cards. Select View to display all unmapped cards. From the results, the administrator can proceed to map the cards.
   • Unused cards. This insight provides a count of active cards with no transactions in the past 6 months. This may help the administrator decide if these cards should be closed.
   • Cards at 80% of spend limit. This insight uses real-time credit limit and current balance values, if available. If the real-time values are not available, the calculation of this insight will be based on the transactions and spend limit loaded by the data file.

     Note: Real-time credit limit information is displayed for card issuers with the integrated Card Management feature in Card Program Administration.

   • Cards expiring in 4 weeks. This is the count of cards expiring in 4 weeks or less, which helps the administrator to decide if these cards should be renewed or closed.

     Note: The View button displays when there is at least one card for an insight. Select View to display specific search results by that insight.

3. The Cards status summary section displays a summary of the total number of cards the company has and the number of cards in each status. Select the icon to filter the cards by status.
