The Extract All option allows you to run drip feed extracts for all periods where there are still transactions left to extract. This option is not turned on by default. If you would like to have this enabled, contact the Spend Dynamics helpdesk: ebsclientservices@bmo.com.
The Extract All option is available for all account types — each issuer, cash, requisitions. When you use the Extract All option, it creates an extract file in the Outbox of the Vault for each period where transactions were found in a status ready to be extracted.
Note: The Extract All option is not available if you are running a drip feed finance extract using a template created via the Data Extract Management module.
To use the Extract All option:
The extract files will now be available for download from the Outbox of the Vault.
