View/reset employee multi-step authentication status

To view or reset a user's multi-step authentication status:

  1. Click the Employees button on the Administration Overview diagram (Employee view).

    The Employee Administration screen appears.

  2. Click Search at the top-right of the screen.

    The Employee Search window appears.

  3. Use the search criteria defined in the Search for employee procedure to narrow the search for the employee you want.

    The Employee Administration screen re-appears, displaying the search results table.

  4. Click Grey person in white circle with grey outline to the right of the employee.

    The Personal Details Report window appears.

  5. Click the Multi-Factor Authentication tab to view the user's RSA ID and current status.
  6. Click the Reset button to set the user's status to Not Enrolled.
