View/reset employee multi-step authentication status
To view or reset a user's multi-step authentication status:
- Click the Employees button on the Administration Overview diagram (Employee view).
The Employee Administration screen appears.
- Click Search at the top-right of the screen.
The Employee Search window appears.
- Use the search criteria defined in the Search for employee procedure to narrow the search for the employee you want.
The Employee Administration screen re-appears, displaying the search results table.
- Click
to the right of the employee.The Personal Details Report window appears.
- Click the Multi-Factor Authentication tab to view the user's RSA ID and current status.
- Click the Reset button to set the user's status to Not Enrolled.
