Forgotten password request
If you have forgotten your password:
- Click the Forgotten your password? link on the Spend Dynamics login page.
The Password Help screen appears.
- Type your username and email address.
- Click Submit.
The solution validates your email address against your username, and if a match is made, an email with reset instructions will be sent to you. The email contains a clickable link that will redirect users to the Reset Password screen.
- Click the link in the email to be redirected to the Reset Password screen.
- Enter your username and validate your new password. Ensure all listed password criteria have been met and click Save.
You will be redirected to the login page.
- Log in with your new password.
