The icons that appear beside each account holder's name on the Statement Manager (statement level) report are used to track the receipt of documents required to support an expense claim. The initial report result displays a statement level summary; therefore it is useful to note that the icons at this level indicate the statement level status for an account holder.

At the transaction level of the report, a similar set of icons relate to each transaction as opposed to the statement as a whole for the account holder.
There are two ways to view the report at the transaction level - you can click

to view all transactions associated with this statement, or click the employee name to view just those transactions that meet your specified transaction-level search criteria.

These icons will only appear if the option to mark receipts for extract has been enabled by the Spend Dynamics helpdesk: ebsclientservices@bmo.com and you have been granted the administrator right Admin - Export - Transaction Marking. |
Clicking the transaction status icons (
,
,
) will display the coding completed by the account holder for each transaction. If the transaction is not locked (i.e. it hasn’t been extracted) and you have the User Right - Editable Reports, you can change the transaction’s coding as well as any linked receipt images.
