Create rate dimension list

To create a rate dimension list:

  1. Click the Rate Tables button on the Administration Overview diagram (Employee view).

    The Cash Expense Rate Types screen appears.

  2. Click Manage Rate Dimension Lists.

    The Manage Rate Dimensions Lists screen appears.

  3. Click New Rate Dimension List.

    The Create Dimension List dialogue box appears.

  4. Type the name of the new dimension list and click Save.

    The new dimension list name displays in the Manage Rate Dimensions Lists screen.

  5. Click Black pencil beside the new dimension list.

    The Edit Dimension List dialogue box appears.

  6. Type each value and click Add.
  7. Click Save.

    Note: Spend Dynamics ignores the order in which you enter the values, and automatically displays them in alphabetical order within a Spend Wizard.
