The exchange rates function in Spend Dynamics allows an administrator to set the foreign exchange rates that are applied for all cash expense claims by your employees.
By clicking the Exchange Rates button on the Administration Overview diagram (Organization view), you will display the Cash Foreign Exchange Rates screen. The functionality available on this screen is described in detail under the Rate & Currency Management section of this online Help.
