Reset two-factor authentication

You can change the method you have chosen to receive/generate authentication codes by resetting your two-factor authentication. This deletes your current registration and allows you to register again.

To reset your two-factor authentication:

  1. From the user menu, select Personal Settings.
  2. Click the Two-Factor Authentication button on your Personal Settings screen.

    Your current method of registration to generate/receive authentication codes displays.

  3. Click Reset to open a code verification window.
  4. Enter an authentication code using your current method of registration for verification.

    After verification, the Reset two-factor authentication window appears.

  5. Click Log out. You will receive a confirmation email telling you to log in and register again for two-factor authentication.
