Rate tables

Rate tables can be managed via the Rate Tables button on the Administration Overview diagram (Employee view).

The diagram you see on the Cash Expense Rate Tables screen illustrates the various expense groups within your organization for which there are associated per unit rates. This screen is unique to your organization and will be initially developed with the assistance of the Spend Dynamics team.

It is from this screen that you can set the per-unit rates at which cash expense items are paid.

Note: Rate tables will only be relevant and shown for those organizations who have the Cash Management and/or Requisition Management module.
