View employee account details

To view an employee's account details:

  1. Click the Employees button on the Administration Overview diagram (Employee view).

    The Employee Administration screen appears.

  2. Click Search at the top-right of the screen.

    The Employee Search window appears.

  3. Use the search criteria defined in the Search for employee procedure to narrow the search for the employee you want.

    The Employee Administration screen re-appears, displaying the search results table.

  4. Click Grey credit card to the right of the employee.

    The Account Details Report appears. This report provides a summary of the employee's purchasing account details.

Note: These are the account details provided by the account issuer as part of the file they provide to Spend Dynamics on behalf of your organization. If these are incorrect or incomplete, your issuer should be notified.
