To display an employee’s personal details:
The Employee Administration screen appears.
The Employee Search window appears.
The Employee Administration screen re-appears, displaying the search results table.
The Personal Details Report window appears.
Note: The personal information relating to the employee, such as the employee ID, phone number and email address, is loaded from the HR interface into Spend Dynamics. To change this information, you need to upload an up-to-date human resources (HR) interface file to the Vault and then load this data via Refresh interfaces.
