Your role as administrator
As a solution administrator, you have a key role in the initial setup and ongoing maintenance of Spend Dynamics for your organization.
Depending on the size of your organization’s solution, the administrative role may be shared between a number of people, with responsibilities split into areas such as employee management, account management, charge codes, reporting, and approvals.
The administrator role can be comprised of some or all of the following activities:
- Managing employee information and access
- Managing charge code and charge group information and access
- Managing report and report group information and access
- Managing approval role and approval rules information and access
- Managing supplier and merchant category information
- Managing period access, statement and cash expense extracts
- Generating and reviewing account transaction management reports
- Customizing Spend Wizards (if applicable).
