By deactivating a hyperlink, you prevent it from displaying to the user for selection, however it can still be administered and modified and remains visible on the Test View.
Deactivation allows you to build a new cluster (category) of Spend Wizard without affecting users, and it is an alternative to deleting Spend Wizard hyperlinks, as this deletes all history. You can reactivate/deactivate a Spend Wizard hyperlink as many times as you like.
Any fields configured as part of the deactivated hyperlinked form are also disabled.
To deactivate a hyperlink:
The Edit Hyperlink window appears.
The hyperlink will now appear as a light blue box at the base of your Module - Spend Wizard screen.
