Edit/delete workflow group

To edit/delete a workflow group:

1. From the main menu, select Administration > Instance Management > Module - Workflow Rules.

   The Module - Workflow Rules screen appears.

2. From the workflow tree diagram, click the group (one of the light blue boxes).

   The Edit Group dialog box appears.

3. Either:
   • Enter the new name and click Save, or
   • Click Delete. Note: If there are any rules associated with the group, they will become independent rules.

Workflow group translations

If multi-language support is enabled for your company and you have the correct administration right (Admin - Company Translations), you can configure your workflow group name in the languages your company instance supports. If a user then changes their language setting via their personal settings, the translated value for the workflow group name is used wherever the workflow group appears in the system.

1. Either:
   • Click to the right of the workflow group on the Module - Workflow Rules screen, or
   • Click the Edit Translation link at the top of the Edit Group dialog box.

   The Approval Group dialog box appears.

2. Type translations for each of the supported languages.
3. Click Save.
