Add rights to rights group

To perform an action on more than one right, you use the checkbox_unchecked checkbox to the right of the screen. Once there is at least one right selected, you can perform a group action on the selected rights. You use this function when you are adding or removing the one or many rights to or from a rights group.

To add or remove rights to a rights group:

  1. Click the Rights button on the Administration Overview diagram (Employee view).

    The Rights Maintenance screen appears.

  2. Click checkbox_unchecked beside the rights you want to perform a group action for. The checkbox becomes ticked checkbox_checked.
  3. Click the Manage selected button on the top right.

    The Select a group action for the selected user rights dialogue box appears.

  4. Select the action you would like to perform from the Action drop-down list box.
  5. Select which group you want to action from the Group drop-down list box.
  6. Click Save.
